Coalfields & Co. in partners with The BOX OL/DL Training academy to bring The Mountain State its first true Lineman Showcase
In mid June 2022 the first annual West Virginia OL/DL Showcase will take place in the Charleston (WV) Area. At time of release the field availability in the area is being secured and should be updated by Saturday May 7, 2022. A couple of dates and locations are being researched.
The premise of the Showcase and all of our events will be to provide "Next Level" coaching and atmoshpere to the Big Dawgs we touch. Our camps will be limited to their size so that our coaches will have smaller groups to work with and your linemen will recieve the attention they need and deserve.
Your linemen will be being coached by veteran professional linemen as well as college Offensive and Defensive Line Coaches. If you are looking to be a starter at your high school or are looking at going to the college level...you will not find a better camp to attend.
The Innaugural camp will be an introduction to the future of our involvement in the Mountain State as well as Kentucky and Ohio area schools. It will give insight into the detailed and high level intruction and care we provide the Linemen we touch. Our focus in this camp will be proper stance and starts, Presnap Focus, Individual Run Blocks and Defeating Run Blocks, Fundamentals of Pass Protection and the Pass Rush, Counters to the Rush and Counters to Pass Pro Sets and Finally we will have an Upperclassmen 1 v 1 Pass Rush Competition and a Underclassmen Competition.
In addition to the launch of the Annual Showcase, The BOX plans to continue on to the launch of a Offensive and Defensive Line Training Academy in the Mountain State. Sites are being considered at time of publication. More info will be released at the camp. Stay Tuned!
