Being an Offensive Coach and Coordinator for most of my life I have noticed that you can automatically tell what front us Offensive guys are comfortable facing when we get on the board. Because we will start our schemes against that defensive front. For me as a former defensive player AND as an OC...I would much rather face a 4-3, even front defense than A 3-4 or Odd front defense. What are your opinions?

Ok Coaches. Lets talk about your Top 3 Every Day Drills you use with your players. Lets talk about the level you coach, drills according to scheme etc. I will start, I have coached at all three levels Professional, College and High School. My top three EDD's would be: Boards (In a progression, combined with Chutes), Some type of Sled Work, and then (once you've reached this point with your guys) a Set-punch-redirect pass pro drill. Lets hear yours coach.
