Just talking in general, a few questions to start us off here. Does play action pass pro always have to mirror your scheme? If not...why not? And does it change for you based on the launch point of the QB?

I agree. The pulling of a guard even the center really sells it. I believe that many believe that when you pull a guard on a PAP that it has to be a boot protection, but I like to pull and kick the EMOLS as well. Gives the dfense even more to plan for and puts doubt in the mind of the End as to whether or not hes being kicked or logged.
I believe that you have to have them match up in a sense. Maybe not every play action you run, but if you are primarily a gap scheme offense you need at least one protection where a guard pulls. Either a bootleg or even a pull and kick protection with the QB in the pocket. Also depends on the level you are coaching at as well...defenses get smarter as you progress. Those LB will be keying the guards, and you can really move their eyes with a pulling guard.
